the job is really not hard if you don't let the know it alls tell you what to do and just follow common sense. The hours are ok you get off early enough to run errands an beat rush hour traffic.

The people trying to manage the plant have no idea how to run a smooth operation. They think that fear is a motivator and try to use it to get things done. It backfires when those who make a mistake don't report it because of what they think may happen.
