I appreciate the strong sense of community within the company. My manager provides excellent mentorship and guidance, and its clear that she truly cares about her team's growth. Long-term employees value and support new hires, and that mutual respect creates a very welcoming environment.

Krasdale Foods Inc. offers great benefits but I wish the company would consider introducing programs that assist employees with higher educational expenses, such as tuition reimbursement.

Higher management listens to the employees' concerns.

Work hours should have been 8am-5pm and not 5:30pm.
