Unfortunately, health insurance costs have continued to skyrocket over the last decade. Last year we did change the contribution structure of our plan to reduce the health benefits expense for family coverage. We will continue to assess our benefit options in the marketplace.
While the volume of work increases between January and April, we strive to give our team members a rewarding work-life balance throughout the year. We are confident that this strong work-life balance will be attractive to those who have an interest in public accounting as a career.
