Pros

- Work/life balance is good. - For the most part you get to create your own schedule. - The compensation is good.

Cons

- Criminal base salary for full time workers. - If you are not buddies with the owner or the owners son you will not do well. - A very boys club/fraternity structure. - Compensation takes forever to go through.
