Awful management - Cashier Krispy Kreme Employee Review

Working under Krispy Kreme management is a nightmare. Leadership is completely incompetent, disorganized, and shows zero respect for employees. There’s constant miscommunication, favoritism, and last-minute changes that make it impossible to get anything done. Employee well-being is ignored, training is nonexistent, and upper management acts like they’re untouchable while expecting staff to pick up the pieces. It’s toxic, demoralizing, and I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone.
