      Pros

      They obey all laws. and it is not common for the most of part time jobs in Korea. Also it is not bonus by money, but at least they give some gifts as bonus 2 times a year.

      Cons

      Most of branches are located in department stores and big shopping malls. This brand has strong potential charm but because the branches have to follow the rules where they are located it seems like they are having hard time to show brand charm.

      nice people to work with, and of course, doughnuts

      Cons

      extremely understaffed and leadership refuses to backfill while increasing expectations of shrinking teams. long-term, this is not sustainable and people will continue to leave. internal data is a mess, no confidence in outputs and requires a ton of manual calculation
