Krispy Kreme - Shift Supervisor Krispy Kreme Employee Review

In most aspects, this job is fairly easy. The only thing I truly dislike is that the turn around rate is insanely high. Then it leaves us way understaffed and the management is left to pick up the pieces. Which usually means doing three or more tasks at once like running retail, processing, and production all at once. In a retail/route store, this is a fairly stressful task. But we never get pats on the back from upper management, just complaining if we end up with over time because of it. A bigger raise incentive would be amazing as well.
