Employees were cliquey, generally not nice. Management were known to laugh at former employees in facebook group chats to current members of staff. Management belittled staff. Managers were generally incapable of managing their job at hand - rotas were completed at short notice, and shifts were given outside availability. Hours reduced significantly post opening month. Part timers got 4hrs a week and full timers got <15. Management also favoured certain employees and they got more hours.
