      Excellent benefits. Excellent work-life balance. Ability to work on a variety of projects and grow professionally (if self-motivated and capable of working independently with little guidance or feedback.

      Cons

      The company is very dysfunctional. And being promoted or developing is not based on performance but rather being a supervisor's "favorite."

      nice people to work with, and of course, doughnuts

      Cons

      extremely understaffed and leadership refuses to backfill while increasing expectations of shrinking teams. long-term, this is not sustainable and people will continue to leave. internal data is a mess, no confidence in outputs and requires a ton of manual calculation
