Pros

The people. Some of the most generous human beings on earth work extremely hard in the shops. The product. It sells itself, and it makes people's day.

Cons

Constant turnover in upper levels at corporate. Unrealistic goals and sales ultimatums. Complete disconnect between every department. Zero communication and transparency from the top down. Only care about the bottom line. Employees are not valued as assets, more so viewed as a nuisance expense. No job security; employees are a statistic. Not friendly for a younger consumer or workforce. Ran by older generations immune to new age thinking.
