      Krispy Kreme has outstanding doughnuts and their original glazed doughnut has national recognition.

      Cons

      Krispy Kreme has only one product. If company is to be successful, they will have to make it on doughnuts alone. Other products are not competitive in marketplace.

      nice people to work with, and of course, doughnuts

      Cons

      extremely understaffed and leadership refuses to backfill while increasing expectations of shrinking teams. long-term, this is not sustainable and people will continue to leave. internal data is a mess, no confidence in outputs and requires a ton of manual calculation
