Pros
-Team members can be really friendly -Limited amount of free doughnuts and coffee -bi weekly pay
Cons
-Mediocre pay -zero progression after shift leader, make you jump through hoops to get to it in the first place -expected to do work outside your pay grade and then not compensated for it -4 hour contracts are the bog standard -pays minimum expects maximum effort -working in a box kart (or even some stores) you’re expected to work 6+ Or 12 hour shifts with no break by yourself with only a very small cross over period of 30 minutes if there’s enough staff or labour budget -almost insane amounts of paperwork to the point it’s beyond tedious, count safe 3 times a day, cash up twice a day, input doughnuts in 4 different places, fill in safe book 3 times a day (online as well) including every bag inside which are picked up one a week, stock count weekly, order stock every two weeks, -the company mucks up so often it’s almost comical, not sending product, filling products with the wrong fillings or poor quality, running out of material for the product mid promotion. -Management and head office are oblivious to any issues within the company and are completely unwilling to help in any way shape or possible unless forced to then you are met with a completely passive manager that doesn’t care
