Cons
Customers are downright jerks, don't know how to read. Marketing department is full of imbeciles who have never left their desks. They have no idea what it takes to run the shops. Upper management doesn't have a clue what day to day operations are like and have standards that are impossible to meet. OSAT is the main metric used to have customers grade a shop's performance. Using a 1-5 scale. Anything less then a 5 in each category is counted as a zero. All the market managers care about is the osat score and overtime. Store managers are encouraged to cheat and fill out the surveys themselves to boost the osat score. This makes the scores artificially inflated and meaningless. However, you are still graded on them and if the targets aren't hit you don't bonus. Shops are extremely understaffed because the workload expected is crazy and payrates are much lower then competing fast food restaurants nearby. It is expected that shops have zero overtime which is impossible with a skeleton crew of high schoolers who can only work 4hrs after school 3 days a week. It is expected that the GM works 168hrs a week if necessary to avoid overtime because everyone else is hourly. Mike the CEO is a creep and thinks he's above everyone. He signs every email and communication with Love, Mike. It's weird, it's unprofessional and gross. He came to our store and was staring at the young girls. He signed a bunch of the paper hats and handed them out like they were gold and that we should be honored by his presence.
