No boss with you as you deliver. Meet some fun people on the routes.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I repeatedly got threatened to be fired if i didn't come in on my 1 day off to cover someone who called off. Even though in our descriptions it is the supervisors job to cover. They are lazy, they don't help, and don't do anything about it when someone isnt doing the route right. Since we are paid on commission it affects everyone. My main manager only came to work every other week. Then he would say he's at a meeting and you could here his dog in the back ground. The pay was also cut from averaging 20.00 an hour to 13.00 in my case.

nice people to work with, and of course, doughnuts

Cons

extremely understaffed and leadership refuses to backfill while increasing expectations of shrinking teams. long-term, this is not sustainable and people will continue to leave. internal data is a mess, no confidence in outputs and requires a ton of manual calculation
