Unessecarily Horrible - Doughnut Specialist Krispy Kreme Employee Review

This job would be perfectly fine if you had coverage, good even. You never will though. The supervisor will be too busy multitasking across the shop to help up front so on a good day there will only be 2 people helping customers, 1 up front and 1 in the drive thru. This is obviously not enough during rush hours and you will constantly be spread thin and exhausted. That combined with stagnant mediocre pay, the inability to take tips, ever increasing workload, and some of the most entitled customers known to man makes the turnover rate high as everyone gets burned out quickly.
