      Pros

      Pays well, incentive pay is a plus but it varies greatly on what products you happen to get (and no way to track it. You just get what you get)

      Cons

      Well, they're closing all facilities in Florida, so I think that speaks for itself that it was never run well. They do not care about their employees at all.

      Good hours, decent pay, and mangers will work with you for the most part.

      Schedules are inconsistent and barley any training. Expected to do more than initally told
