Pros
Consistent 40 hours if you're full time.
Cons
This place will flat out lie to you during interviews to get you to join due to extremely high turnover rate. You'll average out 3-5+ people quitting every single month depending on your department. This place hires some of the most unqualified, unprofessional, and useless staff members. Its common to see jobs up for 30 days and only receive 1-4 applications tops. The pay is subpar for what most people do here and you'll more than likely know more then your manager by 1-3 months in. The corporate supervisors for the most part are arrogant and have a "I don't need to learn that attitude" (even though the directly use or operate around programs/machinery daily). You'll more than likely be working 5-6 days 12 hours due to lack of staffing in many departments.
