Remote working, because the department is based in hongkong with no offices in mainland. Managers or supervisors are not very supportive of junior employees and they also have limited knowledge of the regulations and laws in China which creates huge operational risks for mainland China based colleagues. The department didn’t do anything to localize in China which makes it extremely hard to work.
