Pros
The company has a lot to offer employees who want to grow. If you are a hard worker and take pride in what you do, this is the place for you. They really care about your ideas and support you in improving whatever area you are hired into. Cons
I would not say this is particularly a con, but if you are someone who likes laid back work and doing the bare minimum, or nothing at all and letting others pick up your slack then this is not the place for you. They encourage and appreciate hard work, doesn't matter if your senior management, administrative staff, or an operator; they expect everyone to put in their best effort .
