Interesting technology. Lots of opportunities for cool work.

Cons

I left because the management hired me for an engineering role and then tried to pigeonhole me into doing mundane technician work. Thus, I was getting any career growth and they didn't care. There was no emphasis on quality and a lot of emphasis on shooting stuff out the door ASAP, to the point of it being unethical. I also think management was cooking the books.

Excellent mentors will help you work through projects that you take charge of and are interested in. Every employee is incredibly friendly and willing to assist with any questions. Overall, an amazing experience that showcases what it means to be part of the manufacturing process.

Cons

If you are not a self-starter, or are someone who needs constant direction then this internship might not be for you.
