Good benefits - private healthcare, pension A lot of the staff are lovely (although the few bad apples really ruin it)

Cons

Terribly run, management style is “headless chicken” on a good day. Don’t believe the marketing ploys this company is managed by toxic narcissists, you don’t want to work here.

Excellent mentors will help you work through projects that you take charge of and are interested in. Every employee is incredibly friendly and willing to assist with any questions. Overall, an amazing experience that showcases what it means to be part of the manufacturing process.

Cons

If you are not a self-starter, or are someone who needs constant direction then this internship might not be for you.
