Pros

Good wages, good benefits, bonus, interesting holiday weeks. Appears to be a large International Company which has a good reputation.

Cons

Candidates must learn extremely quickly as they are required to change positions as needed to fill colleagues on vacation. The workloads are enormous and the yield must be given very quickly. Stress is constant and mutual help between colleagues is almost nil.

-flexibility in schedule -good pay -car allowance -knowledgeable sales reps

Cons

-no clear direction from management -seems as though managers didn't have an answer for goal setting -long wait times for customers that put us at a disadvantage i.e., two weeks to get pricing back to customers
