I have been working with Kruger for more than 3 years now. Lean organization, people mind their own business, good work ethics and flexibility, employee engagement activities, education reimbursement and mentorship program

Cons

Limited opportunity for growth unless your senior resigns or you shift laterally. Need to focus more on job innovation if growth is limited, some departments are frequently understaffed leading to increased work load

-flexibility in schedule -good pay -car allowance -knowledgeable sales reps

Cons

-no clear direction from management -seems as though managers didn't have an answer for goal setting -long wait times for customers that put us at a disadvantage i.e., two weeks to get pricing back to customers
