Processes were organized. Good benefit package.

Cons

Terrible management. Micro-managing, insecure boss (worst boss I ever had). No room for progress. Horrible, dingy office. I didn't even stay a year.

-flexibility in schedule -good pay -car allowance -knowledgeable sales reps

Cons

-no clear direction from management -seems as though managers didn't have an answer for goal setting -long wait times for customers that put us at a disadvantage i.e., two weeks to get pricing back to customers
