The company also promotes the concept of creating opportunities for each other, which I really like. - Competitive pay and some financial incentives. - Great health care plan. - You're able to gain a lot of experience with various technologies and roles. - If you asked ten people in your field at different companies whether or not they like, respect, and care about every single person on their work team, how many do think you would say yes? I can genuinely say that I feel this way about my team at Kubica.

- (This is not really a con, but) if you are looking for a position where you can "coast" or do the bare minimum, you will likely not fit in, or at least will not enjoy working at Kubica. - There isn't much provided in terms of formal training. This can be daunting in certain situations (but not necessarily a bad thing in others). You must be able to learn quickly.
