I worked at Kubica as an entry-level controls engineer and truly enjoyed my experience. My coworkers were incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help with any question I had. I felt fully supported at every step, which made learning and growing in my role so much easier. Dennis Kubica has created a culture of excellence and opportunity. All levels of management and employees really care about it's people and it's customers. Everyone is held to a very high standard, but with that a lot of freedom and responsibility. The work is challenging and engineers work closely directly with customers without the overhead of needing to work through a typical sales team. The benefits are excellent with 401k matching, 0 premium healthcare for you, your spouse and family which is un-heard of.

Kubica Corp follows through on the presented culture. It is not just things that are said. If you do not buy into the culture aspects, some of which are unique, you shouldn't move forward. It's not only about what you can do, but why you do it. The interview process is longer then most.
