      Has been working for a company quiet long time, great benefits , great team, descent pay

      Cons

      Watchdogs watching all over you all the time, micromanagement all the way , cameras on every step. Defenetly no room for growth , need a new young manefement team, Japanese totall control on everybody

      Good opportunity for travel, lots of internal training opportunities, some excellent managers and coworkers

      Cons

      Top level jobs go to parent company ex-pats who are not necessarily trained or prepared for the job and they are exchanged for a new person every 3-5 years. Extremely complicated processes to get anything done and often changed or short cutted depending on who is involved with project
