Pros

The size of the staff is small in comparison to its sales volume so the company does well in good times and bad (no layoffs in recent history). The company promotes each employee to pursue training in their area of expertise as part of their personal development and provides the latest technology that gets refreshed periodically. When compared with other firms of similar size, I would have to say the benefit package (paid time off, health care, 401K, etc.) would be better than most other companies and could be quite competitive with much larger firms.

Cons

Being smaller, less opportunities for advancement for some positions - but if broad exposure is an area of interest you would thrive in this environment. The support and service staff are required to wear multiple hats which can be both a challenge and opportunity.

Pros

Good opportunity for travel, lots of internal training opportunities, some excellent managers and coworkers

Cons

Top level jobs go to parent company ex-pats who are not necessarily trained or prepared for the job and they are exchanged for a new person every 3-5 years. Extremely complicated processes to get anything done and often changed or short cutted depending on who is involved with project
