      Pros

      Good benefits: 401k, healthcare, dental, will pay you back for education supporting your role and the business, and 75% of health club membership. Regular work week is 35 hours for non-exempt. The previous review about no lay-offs is true.

      Cons

      Very disappointed in lack of leadership, knowledge, and experience in operations. If your passion is operations, do not expect any advancement or support. Management lacks leadership, especially the areas of accountability and communications. They lack operations experience and knowledge also.       Good opportunity for travel, lots of internal training opportunities, some excellent managers and coworkers

      Cons

      Top level jobs go to parent company ex-pats who are not necessarily trained or prepared for the job and they are exchanged for a new person every 3-5 years. Extremely complicated processes to get anything done and often changed or short cutted depending on who is involved with project
