      My work is okay,but there is not that much cnc work in that company,if not have work in cnc we have to help another department and the cmpny management is very poor and no future in working with this cmpny.

      Cons

      Very bad management.no benefits no increment.they will cut the salary.

      Good opportunity for travel, lots of internal training opportunities, some excellent managers and coworkers

      Cons

      Top level jobs go to parent company ex-pats who are not necessarily trained or prepared for the job and they are exchanged for a new person every 3-5 years. Extremely complicated processes to get anything done and often changed or short cutted depending on who is involved with project
