      Pros

      Been there two weeks so far, and have met only friendly individuals. I haven't gone a day without my supervisors telling me how much they appreciate my hard work, and they are always helpful in guiding me towards my future goals. So far it has been the best company I've worked for, and I look forward to a long career here.

      Cons

      Work hours can vary so that can conflict with life outside of work, but you will always get your 40 hours with plenty of opportunities for overtime.

      Good opportunity for travel, lots of internal training opportunities, some excellent managers and coworkers

      Cons

      Top level jobs go to parent company ex-pats who are not necessarily trained or prepared for the job and they are exchanged for a new person every 3-5 years. Extremely complicated processes to get anything done and often changed or short cutted depending on who is involved with project
