      The work is challenging and there are many new engine installation occurring day to day. There are ample opportunities to meet many new customers and work with all internal departments.

      Cons

      The engine business is becoming more and more complicated due to stringent emission levels. Also, there are some inter-company politics at times.

      Good opportunity for travel, lots of internal training opportunities, some excellent managers and coworkers

      Cons

      Top level jobs go to parent company ex-pats who are not necessarily trained or prepared for the job and they are exchanged for a new person every 3-5 years. Extremely complicated processes to get anything done and often changed or short cutted depending on who is involved with project
