Very good job for me

Bad neighbors and make me cry

1. Good learning opportunities 2. Chill Environment 3. Flexible timings 4. Most of the teams are good and work is also good. 5. Lots of things depends on what manager you get .Mostly managers are good.

1. Scope of learning can end fast . 2.Some seniors are not good and if u end up in team with them , you might have to struggle a lot . 3. Hike negotiations are not so good. HR will ignore u till cycle ends so that they don't have to discuss and they will try to make u adjust with whatever numbers they gave. 4. There is huge difference between what salary they give to onCampus hires and offCampus hires. 5. Folks having friends or relations in higher management get a lot of special treatment and mostly many things are flexible for them.
