Pros
Flexible timing the only good thing about the company.
Cons
1: Too much monopoly. 2: The senior management guys are like family, so everything will revolve around them only. 3: Poor management. 4: Tech leads are only tech lead by name. 5: If you know buttering then your chances of getting increments are high. 6: For increment even if you perform good they will only say the company is not getting much so you will not get much but the tech lead will give bonuses to employees who can do buttering and you will only get excuses. 7: The company only works on interns as they don't have much senior guys and people tend to leave as they find out what is really going in the company. 8: The lead only commit to clients yet he doesn't really take in account the efforts and time it will take. 9: Technology wise there is no improvement. Tech leads are not up to date.
