There is no proper training sessions for freshers. Mentors are not helpful, If they know something they thinks that they are god. Code Quality is worst. CEO also not helpful. Management are revolving around the family only. If you know buttering then your chances of getting increments are high. The company works on interns and give them a lot of work, interns are doing work like full time employee but getting salary as a intern only. Dirty politics are making people bad. Your growth is constrained if your project is not good. You're made to do support tasks which are really monotonous and there's zero learning. Long and hectic work hours. Expect to come to office on weekends, spend overnight in office and work for at least 10 hours every day. People are working in night also but still not getting appreciated. There will be no improvement in your knowledge after 6 months, so you start looking for another company after 6 months here. The kind of projects taken up by Kuliza nowadays is very boring. Managers should take their job more seriously and project requirements should be more refined before being given to the developers. People are judgemental. Don't give time to learn about the code base. Unrealistic deadlines for most of the projects. Food quality is worst.
