Where do I start? 1) Cheat employees off their variable pay at every occasion. The owner is in the finance team and she just wants to save thousands by cheating hardworking engineers on some stupid reasons which even managers agree is invalid but cant do anything because she is the boss 2) Useless new HR team which doesnt stand up for employees or does anything for them. The old HR used to fight for people so she was not supported and she left and we are left with no one for help 3) The older managers are also lost interested in the company now becuase of which teams suffer 4) No idea what the CEO is doing from so many years, comes and goes and no interaction with anyone 5) If you are from one family, related to that person then you get all perks and promotions 6) One team struggles and other teams just have fun
