Pros

- Good and friendly mentors - Maintained Codebase (helped me a lot in understanding how to write good code) - Can ask anyone in the team if you are having trouble understanding something, no hierarchy as of such.

Cons

- People don't stay long at the company. - Work gets boring and mundane after a while. - SDLC needs much improvement.

Pros

1. Good learning opportunities 2. Chill Environment 3. Flexible timings 4. Most of the teams are good and work is also good. 5. Lots of things depends on what manager you get .Mostly managers are good.

Cons

1. Scope of learning can end fast . 2.Some seniors are not good and if u end up in team with them , you might have to struggle a lot . 3. Hike negotiations are not so good. HR will ignore u till cycle ends so that they don't have to discuss and they will try to make u adjust with whatever numbers they gave. 4. There is huge difference between what salary they give to onCampus hires and offCampus hires. 5. Folks having friends or relations in higher management get a lot of special treatment and mostly many things are flexible for them.
