Pros
Frankly speaking, this company is good for nothing. You might consider, there are few managers from ISB and IIMs. But they will be sitting on your head all the time 24/7 with stick.
Cons
1: They hire all bachelors, so that they can stay late nights almost all days. 2: For them coming 10 AM (is too late) and leaving 9 PM(is quite early or on time) 3: Managers will keeping sucking life like hell 4: No growth at all, None of the there projects get delivers on time. As there sells team promise to deliver in 2 months in production but at this point of time with current code base, it takes minimum 6 months time in reality. And due to this, clients abuses like anything. 5: No testing of code at all. All issues will appear in production and then developers will work like day and night like donkey. Better to join any other company and not this. *Also there are trying to improve there image in glass door by requesting people to give good review instead of improving the work culture."
