1. If performance is not good, you are fired or job threat. 2. Politics. 3. But if you have good relationship with leads, you can enjoy. (depends on you) 4. This company joiners should have any personal prob or any reasons to stay here. 5. late night work. 6. I had good hike in all years but cannot satisfy customer because i took more time for development. So, I got job threat. So, risky. but good for late night workers.

Kumaran Systems is a good place to learn technology. If you are a fresher, though the pace of work is hectic, you would end up learning a lot more than what you would have from working in big MNCs. I loved my time here.

Cons

Long hours, poor work life balance, some very tough managers. Nothing much I can think of. Keep up the good work.
