Pros

Maybe a hybrid schedule that differs from department to department - hours are whatever the employee wants to make them unless they are a operator at a plant.

Cons

The list is endless - Compensation is terrible, middle management skills are lacking on how to handle employees, benefits are sad, if you take leave you are dinged on bonus or even possibly held against you from middle management, accountability of middle management is lacking, if ain't broke don't fix it is the motto here. It is broken and old system that has employees up in arms.

Pros

At one time, this was a respected place to work with a sense of community. The pay and benefits remain competitive, but they are no longer enough to compensate for the toxic environment.

Cons

* The "50+ Purge": There is a deeply concerning trend of pushing out experienced women over the age of 50 and replacing them with male counterparts. Loyalty is clearly a one-way street here; the company has lost its ethical backbone and no longer values the institutional knowledge of its veteran female staff. Fake Transparency: Management preaches "openness," but it’s a trap. If you actually speak up or offer constructive dissent, leadership finds a way to eliminate you. It is a "shut up and color" environment where independent thought is penalized. Napoleon Leadership: The current senior leadership operates with an ego-driven, "Napoleon" style. They are more interested in control and optics than in building a sustainable or inclusive culture. Declining Morale: What used to be a great culture has withered into a sad, paranoid workplace where employees are constantly looking over their shoulders.
