Pros

Benefits are okay i guess....

Cons

Management is the worst. Upper management will promote employees to be managers that have no idea about how to be managers. They don't hold people accountable, don't resolve conflicts, and don't advocate for their direct reports. They will work you to death and make you feel guilty that you don't do enough even though that you are working 3-4 different jobs even though that's not even your job. They "pride" themselves for being lean, but that's such a toxic work culture. Hey, ignorance is a bliss!! They have no idea that grass is greener on the other side.

Pros

At one time, this was a respected place to work with a sense of community. The pay and benefits remain competitive, but they are no longer enough to compensate for the toxic environment.

Cons

* The "50+ Purge": There is a deeply concerning trend of pushing out experienced women over the age of 50 and replacing them with male counterparts. Loyalty is clearly a one-way street here; the company has lost its ethical backbone and no longer values the institutional knowledge of its veteran female staff. Fake Transparency: Management preaches "openness," but it’s a trap. If you actually speak up or offer constructive dissent, leadership finds a way to eliminate you. It is a "shut up and color" environment where independent thought is penalized. Napoleon Leadership: The current senior leadership operates with an ego-driven, "Napoleon" style. They are more interested in control and optics than in building a sustainable or inclusive culture. Declining Morale: What used to be a great culture has withered into a sad, paranoid workplace where employees are constantly looking over their shoulders.
