Business Outlook
Pros
The company left almost all decisions and functionality to local managers. Never had any shortage of hours.
Cons
No corporate assistance, if something was broken it would be weeks or even months before it would be fixed. All shifts were solo shifts. If you worked, you were automatically the On-site manager, Full-service attendant, Inside Cashier, Custodian and Stocker, and more, all at once, for the full duration of your shift. At 40-75 hours a week, that's a lot of pressure and a lot of work for minimum wage.
