Some opportunities to gain some outside training for some employees. -Autonomy in managing work load depending on the department you work in -Opportunities for travel -Good group of co-workers

- Reactionary to business situations rather than proactively addressing issues - Make decisions to appease a select few people instead of the whole group - No real incentives to do more than just come to work and put in your time each day. - No bonus potential
