      Pros

      It was a fun and fast paced environment. If you are looking for a temporary position it is an okay gig; don't expect more than 15 hours a week, though...maybe 30 after picking up others shifts.

      Cons

      Disorganized management-- hired too many unreliable employees and then gave everyone very few hours. Those who wanted more hours eventually went elsewhere, others stopped showing up and left everyone else to make up for it. They'd be better off just being more selective in their hiring.

      Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
