      Competitive pay, some flexibility in scheduling, great cafe, wonderful discounts and free merchandise at times, access to associate sales.

      Cons

      Long, long hours, very demanding at times, on call a lot, may receive pages throughout the night, will need to continue working into evening hours frequently, either at home or at the office, LONG walk from parking lot, poor work life balance.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
