      Pros

      Wonderful people and excellent management. The company continually shows you that you are important and valued to them personally. Great perks are free and greatly reduced product after training on new items. Flexible with schedule allowing you to work around life events without missing valuable work time.

      Cons

      Since I have to add a con, the only thing that was challenging is that the stockroom could be larger but the management is very good at working with the things that they cannot change and over the last few years they have organized things to make them so much easier to navigate.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
