      At L brands there are lots of opportunities to move around within the company - either within the same group or to another group or brand.

      Cons

      L brands is a large company - good for opportunities but also means there are a lot of the politics and red tape associated with larger companies.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
