Pros
Some great people within L Brands that are passionate about the brand, the people and the results. It is all about evolving and a constant learning experience so if you are flexible you can enjoy variety.
Cons
It's the luck of the draw when it comes to managers... Some have been with the brand for years and have a right of passage. They can be confusing when providing direction, planning and strategizing. If the results are not there, they point the finger and blame others all while providing harsh feedback. Cliques that exist within the L Brands culture are not very welcoming. The majority of the experienced associates act like they have a right of passage. Most of them ironically have an opportunity when it comes to training and coaching in order to help those that are new to the brand get acclimated and succeed. Lots of politics and some air on the catty side so beware!
