Pros

Discount, benefits and activities. Good central location. Beautiful subject matter. Cafeteria and Starbucks in the building. Nice people for the most part.

Cons

Cut throat work environment. Understaffed. Under appreciated. No promotion from within. Upper management trickles poor morale from the top. No life work balance. Expected to work through lunch, late and weekends.

Pros

If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

Cons

Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
