Pros
Great company with a lot of growth potential for high performing associates. It can be a tough environment to succeed in because they hire the best of the best but if you want to work for a place who values innovation and speed then this is a great environment. It is not all work and no play. The company highly recognizes the performance of individual and teams.
Cons
Like many companies of this size there can be the typical politics. Because of the high value placed on collaboration and cross functional relationships, it can sometimes be about "who you know" when it comes to development or promotional moves. You have to be comfortable with self promotion because being humble can work against you if leadership is not aware of all the work you do behind the scenes. Compensation is also not as competitive as it should be. They are pretty comparable to the market but there are high expectations placed on associates and work life balance can suffer in comparison.
